Skiing in France…
After the two weeks in Egypt (and a 6 hour delay in London) we spent a week skiing in the biggest ski area in the world. We were based in Meribel but also visited Courchevel and Les Meniures which together make up The Three Valleys.
We were on a package deal that included flights and accommodation in a Club Hotel. The hotel was ideally situated at to base of the main Meribel Lifts and it also was catered (with the exception of lunch). The meals were good and varied and dinner also included bottomless wine.
The Ski slopes were fantastic and it will be hard to return to Mt Buller ever again. We skied for the full use of our 6 day lift pass and were very tired and sore because of it. One of the highlights was a late night walk up the slopes to slide down on toboggans with a couple of Scots.
There are a couple of photos that I will include with the Egypt ones.
Till next time,
Glen and Robyn
